LILY LIN
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MARK UK & IRELAND
Lily is currently a Managing Director at MARK, a €9 billion pan European real estate private equity firm. In this role she is responsible for all investment and asset management activities across the UK and Ireland, and spearheading firmwide ESG efforts.

Prior to this she worked at China Vanke, one of the largest listed real estate development companies globally, where she established their UK platform as its first country head and invested in circa £1.5 billion GDV of office and residential assets across London.
​
Previously, she was a Director at UBS Global Asset Management in London investing on behalf of various Pan European core and value-add real estate funds, as well as a UK debt fund. She held roles in both fund management and acquisitions with a focus on the Nordics, Benelux and UK. Prior to this she was an Associate at Ascendas, Singapore’s first and largest industrial REIT, based in Shanghai and investing in office and logistics properties across major Tier 1 cities across China.

In 2018 She was named one of the 50 Most Influential Women in UK Real Estate.

Qualifications:
Lily holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in French from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from INSEAD
