With more than 25 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, Eitan now specializes in securities and international commercial law. Alongside his role at LDS Investments, he serves as International Consultant to one of the leading global law firms in the field of securities claims.
During the last three decades, Eitan has been involved in creating strategic business alliances in Asia, that focuses on technology collaboration and commercial scaling through a vast local networking. The inherent philosophy and strength of this activity is to make investments in companies that are addressing a designated market needs and can utilize a strategic network in order to create an actual added value with synergies.
He also co-founded SPARK, the first governmental acceleration program for startups in Thailand. Through his wealth of experience, Eitan brings to LDS expertise in compliance matters within complex ventures, investments and M&A, as a lawyer, an entrepreneur, and an investor.
Qualifications:
Eitan achieved his Law Degree, cum laude, from Bar Ilan University in 1997.
