DAVID ROLL
PARTNER & HEAD OF RESPONSIBLE INVESTING
Co-founder and Partner of LDS Investments, David Roll serves as an Investment Committee member with a special focus on ESG related topics. He is a board member of AFIRE and of Batsheva Arts Campus in Tel Aviv as well as the owner of two businesses: a real estate business in New York City and a natural laundry detergent company in Sweden.
Prior to founding LDS Investments, David worked for 8 years as Co-Head of Norges Bank Investment Management Real Estate (NBIM) in the US, where he built up the US platform to $35bn GAV and grew a team of 25 members. Professional highlights include managing and closing notable deals with Trinity/Hines in Hudson Square, Boston Properties and Prologis US.
In his earlier career, David held various roles in real estate private equity in London, Stockholm and New York at PGIM and Areim.
Qualifications:
David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from KTH in Stockholm.
